Base 5-Pitch Meter for Rowing

A 5 minute mechanical stopwatch in 1/10 second increments for boat races at the Tokyo Olympic Games. This timepiece was not used to time races, but to measure the number of strokes (pitch) during a boat race and help the crew to adjust speed. It was designed based on standard pitch of 5 per minute.
