A spring-driven watch made for spacewalks and other extravehicular activities in space. The battery-free design eliminates the risk of battery damage or unexpected battery drainage in the severe temperature fluctuations of space (between -20 and +70℃ in the mission environment). One astronaut used the watch in a spacewalk successfully on the International Space Station.
