Name Thermic
Time/Period 1998
Additional information The Thermic generates electric power via the Seebeck effect, a phenomenon produced when heat transfers from the back of the case to the case surface. To improve energy efficiency further, a power-saving mechanism stops the second hand whenever the watch is removed from the wrist.
